Hi, I'm Santos - though some of you may know me under my artist alias Monoverse. I'm a music producer from New Jersey and the founder of an independent record label, artist management agency, and event production company called As You Are. Before that, I was an A&R at FSOE, a podcast producer at EDMProd, and a writer for The EDM Network.

As an artist, I've worked with record labels such as Armada Music, Future Sound of Egypt, Coldharbour, and Black Hole Recordings - and have remixed some of my all-time favorite artists like Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila, and Giuseppe Ottaviani.

I've performed at some of the world's biggest music festivals: Tomorrowland, EDC, Dreamstate, and Luminosity Beach Festival. Honestly though, while music festivals are always an incredible experience - my favorite performances have been at more intimate venues like New York City's Cielo, San Francisco's 1015 Folsom, and Amsterdam's Panama Club.

In 2020, I stepped away from the music industry for personal reasons I've shared in greater detail here. I eventually found myself returning to the world of music but with an entirely different mindset, goals, and perspective.

Instead of chasing stages, features, and social media virality - I wanted to build an outlet that sustained myself and other creators around me.

This site is an extension of those goals that I've created to share the knowledge, tools, resources, and experiences I've gathered from pursuing them.
